The girls and I made one of our favorite pies yesterday and I thought I would share it with you.
(Ignore the vanilla hiding in the background, I think it just wanted it’s picture taken)
Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Next add peanut butter and confectioners sugar and mix thoroughly while adding 6 Tablespoons of milk.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into a prepared graham crust (or you could be a virtuous woman and make your own I suppose)
Place pie in fridge for a few hours or overnight (like that is actually going to happen) I always cover my pie with the plastic piece that came with the pie.
And of course you must look for taste testers.
Just for the heck of it I decided to pour a little caramel over a piece to see how it would taste. Well, let’s just say I will be doing that one again.
Peanut Butter Pie
8 oz. cream cheese softened
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
6 Tablespoons milk
1 container whipped topping
Graham cracker crust
Refrigerate for about 4 hours or overnight
This pie is so simple to make and tastes sooooooo good.
