Today is Friday and here is another one of our favorite recipes. We just call it the tortilla dish. Hope you enjoy it.
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz) of tomato soup
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup water
6 flour tortillas (6″) cut into 1″ pieces. (We sometimes use the larger tortillas and only use 4 of them.)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown beef and drain. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Heat to a boil. Reduce to low and cook for 5 min. Stir. Top with cheese.
This recipe makes enough for our family of 4.

Question – what do you do with the tortillas? Are they mixed into the dish, laid on top or used for dipping?
Sounds very good for a cold winter’s night….which I’m having a lot of right now.
After you cut them into 1 inch pieces you mix them into the tomato and beef mixture.
