Well, we are in full swing here with the new year. Dh is back at work and we are getting the house in order after the holidays. I am also counting down to my birthday which happens to be in 12 days. I have been busy cleaning out the schoolroom and getting rid of some of the books we no longer use. However, I have to admit there are some that I just can’t part with. I have some Rod and Staff readers that the girls used when we first started homeschooling and I just keep hanging on to them. I would love to have the whole set someday. But what I can’t figure out is why, oh why do I hang onto a 7th grade science book that we are finished with. I have no need for it and the girls never really liked it in the first place. I even have two of these books. Our poor shelf is overflowing with book, games and misc. school stuff and it needs to go. This shelf is about 8ft high by 7ft wide and is full. I have to admit when it comes to my school stuff I am a packrat.
Do you keep your old school stuff? What do you do with it when you are finished? (besides send your old Apologia Biology book to your dear friend, I love you CC 😉 )
