Before Dh left we found this little guy still in his Build A Bear Box at a thrift store for $5.oo. He looked so cute and lonely at the same time. I just couldn’t bear to leave him there.

Awww! Isn’t he cute?!
Isn’t that sad that somebody could probably spend $40-50 for a bear at one of those places and then just donate him away a short while later?
What a sweet bear!!
I look at it this way: You probably wouldn’t have gone to Build a Bear to make something like this, very expensive especially all decked out like that, so God had someone else do it for you so that He could bless you with something special.
Now when you are able to talk w/DH or just need a hug from him you can hold your bear as you would DH. It won’t be the same as having him home but it helps (I do this sometimes with the couple of bears that my hubby has gifted me with). To be honest, when he’s gone to work I sleep with one of the bears, makes me feel a little closer when we’re so far apart.
