You know when your addicted to something. Me for isntance, I am addicted to my favorite homeschool forum site. I know that I am addicted because when I tried opening the site up this morning (several times) it wouldn’t come up and I thought I was going to hyperventilate. So I thought I would come here and type out my anxiety. I am able to breathe now.
Last night we spent more time out in the backyard practicing our golf swing. Dh is the only one who can hit the ball since he has played before. Golf is one of his passions, but he simply doesn’t have time to play anymore. Maybe someday he will be able to do it again. As for me and the girls you can tell where we were practicing at. There are several chunks of grass missing. I don’t care. We had so much fun. I will make some pictures when we play again.
Pictures, that is another thing. I have a nice digital camera that dh bought for me and I rarely even use it. My intentions were to make pictures of the girls throughout the school year and them put them on a disk, sort of like a yearbook type thing. I am such a slacker.
Are you good with keeping up with things like taking pictures of your kids? (CC doesn’t have to answer this one as I already know her answer)
I don’t like it when the forum is down either…..sigh!
I will be “picturing” the chocolatechips today. We are doing another lab.
What fun playing golf in one’s own back yard.
DH will probably be trying to do that again when he comes home and the boy will be joining him I’m sure.
As for the pictures I try to take some but I go in spurts. I’d like to do a digital scrapbook for the kids yearbook each year.
I think golfing is fun, but I haven’t done it in, oh about, 15 years. My boys play with my clubs now. I always thought hubby and I would play golf in our retirement. Well, he is retired and we ain’t golfing.
Pictures….DH and I are pretty good about taking pictures, but once they are uploaded, they are just on the computer in chronological order. Nothing fancy, but very simple to maintain. I need to be better about taking ordinary everyday pictures like CC and the chips planting trees and making hot cocoas.
